Owner Colleen Berg started Colleen Berg Jewelry in 2001 after she decided to turn her hobby and passion into a business. Her love of designing unique jewelry immediately allowed her to make her mark in the custom jewelry industry. Her one-of-a-kind jewelry has been the feature of several local newspaper articles, local TV stations, and even a spot on CNN.

Colleen approached ITIS Consulting to expand her retail business to the web. ITIS Consulting developed a unique on-line store that allows her customers to browse and purchase her jewelry. ITIS Consulting also developed a blogging system for her to communicate with her clients and post news and updates about her products.
Back-Office
To power the on-line store, ITIS Consulting developed a full set of management tools that allow Colleen to administer all aspects of her store. The blogging system that was developed is also administered by Colleen, allowing her to quickly post blogs and changes.
