ITIS PS Card

PS Card is a prescription savings card offered to the public at no cost. Their mission is to provide discount savings of up to 50% of the full retail price of medications.
Website
ITIS Consulting was asked to create a website that allows members, and prospective members to obtain information about their company and services. Visitors can instantly print a card for immediate savings via a Java application that was created by ITIS Consulting. Members can also determine their savings on the medications as well as find pharmacies that accept the card.
Back-Office
PS Card needed a way for their customer service representatives to quickly find and maintain the information in it's vast database. ITIS Consulting created an AJAX customer service representative interface to allow them to handle all aspects of incoming calls. Reporting was added to allow for PS Card to better understand the population and target markets that they are helping, as well as facilitate transaction reconciliation.
